After getting the run-around from the state for several months, we recieved a letter today from the state department of health. Not suprisingly, the letter stated that the case was closed and no action would be taken against "Dr Kervorkian (not his real name, just fits quite well)". How SAD!!!!
We wonder why, after this vet freely admitted his guilt to the state investigator, was this conclusion reached? I have my suspicions as would you. The final analysis is that the state will not help you or me , regardless the proof. We didn't share professions, alma-maters or bank accounts like those who stood in judgement of this vet.
We have decided to show you the blood test taken by another vet the day before Usdi passed and this letter we recieved today. This will leave you dumbfounded as to why a state board of health would have this proof in hand and yet take no action .
Below is Usdi's blood test taken by another vet one day before she passed away. You will note the irregularities ALL caused by steroids, WITHOUT QUESTION. PLAIN AND SIMPLE MALPRACTICE & INCOMPETENCE!!
This reminds me of the last time this "quack" saw Usdi. He told me "When it is time, call me and let me put her down, I don't want anyone else putting my dog down". He gave me his home phone number.
In hindsight, I would think that if I was the handi-man that put this precious pup in this shape, I would not want anyone else to know it either..
I asked if there was somewhere I could take her. He would not make a refferal, like he was saving Usdi and myself from any more of the struggle. How "nice" of him???
I suspected then that he was trying to convince me to give up , little did I know as to why.
Names and case numbers removed to prevent liable
IF YOU WERE BEING TREATED BY YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR AND YOUR BLOOD TEST LOOKED LIKE THIS, YOUR DOCTOR WOULD BE IMPRISIONED. IN SOME STATES, HE WOULD GET THE ELECTRIC CHAIR!!!!!!
DOES THIS BLOOD TEST LOOK LIKE A COMPETENT VET SAW THIS PUP ALMOST WEEKLY??
